•    National Academies of Sciences Transportation Research Board- Program Oversight Committee for 3 programs, one which included development of a program to monitor vector borne transmission of infectious disease through air travel, and two related to aircraft emissions reduction through modified airport ground operations.   
•    Leadership of global teams developing and testing electronic sensors to RTCA DO-160 and other aerospace standards.
•    Managed resources and budgets to keep Advanced Technology programs meet schedule and budgetary constraints while accomplishing technical objectives.
